"Dr Baigelman was great with my pup and was great at explaining things. You can tell he stays current on research and truly cares about your pet. I'm picky who I take my pup to after her having some bad reactions to some shots and as a preventative he gave her a Benadryl shot just in case with a routine shot. Put my mind at ease and she did just fine! Would highly recommend and will definitely be back!"

"Love everybody here! You can tell they really care about the animals they care for. They are great with making my dogs feel comfortable and even check up with us following appointments. I really trust them with my dogs. I have a very reactive/scared dog and they have not once made me feel uncomfortable about it and do their best to approach my dog so he feels safe."
"Let me start by saying I don't have much experience with vets as I never had pets growing up. I got my first dog a few months ago and brought him to Family Friends for his first physical, some vaccines, and to get fixed. I chose Family Friends based on several online positive reviews and its proximity to where we live. So far, I have been very impressed by the quality of the care our puppy has received. The staff are caring and compassionate and Dr. Baigelman has been fabulous with our dog and has patiently and thoroughly addressed all of our concerns and questions. He even personally called me the day after my dog's surgery to follow up, which I'd bet is pretty uncommon. These guys really seem to love and care for your dog just as any owner would want them to. It's a small office with a homey, personal feel. There might be some fancier, higher-tech places out there; honestly I don't know and don't care. The staffs care so well for our pup and make him feel right at home and that's the most important thing."

The front desk staff are personable, knowledgeable, and always helpful. The Vet Techs know their stuff, and everyone there loves animals and their owners. They'll know you and your pet by name in a flash.
They never over charge and they don't perform needless procedures.
I've used them for boarding and have been really happy with the care the dogs have received."

Excellent, excellent, excellent vet. Love the staff, love the atmosphere, love Dr. Bleck, love the location, costs are very reasonable, they don't do unnecessary tests, he explains everything in terms you can understand. Has a great rapport with the people that bring their animals to him and the animals clearly trust him as well. I won't go anywhere else. I've recommended him to a number of friends and they've thanked me for doing so."
